It all started when…

BDK was started in (2004) to sell restaurant and cleaning supplies. “BDK” stand’s for Barbara, Devan, and Kyle, my wife & two daughters. I am always seeking learning opportunities and challenges. COVID-19 has created a need for a professional cleaning and sanitation provider, giving me an opportunity to help my industry recover from the pandemic with confidence.

I have 30 years of experience in the cleaning and restaurant supply industry, during these years I have worked with diners, deli’s, fast-food- chains, large restaurant groups, Real Estate management companies, Contract Cleaners, Schools, and Hospitals. I am a student of my business and always learning about every product or process to bring this knowledge to my customers. The COVID-19 pandemic provided me with an opportunity to use my years of training to contribute to the restaurant industry. I am a “lucky man” to have the opportunity to continue to offer the value of my life’s work and experiences supporting the reemergence of the NY Metro hospitality industry.
